At 1377 Counselling, I understand that life can feel overwhelming at times, and the challenges you’re facing might seem daunting, but you don’t have to go through them alone. Whether you’re dealing with stress, trauma, substance use, or just feeling lost, I’m here to support you on your journey towards healing and growth.


Healing can be a long and sometimes difficult process, but I believe that every step forward counts. Using a flexible, trauma-informed approach, I meet you where you're at and walk alongside you as you find your path forward. During the consultation call we can discuss any current challenges you are facing and your goals for therapy. You'll have the opportunity to ask me any questions you may have around how I can support you in your healing journey. It also gives you the opportunity to see if I feel like the right therapeutic fit for you. I'm here to create a space where you feel seen, heard, and truly understood, and I believe that starts with feeling safe and comfortable with your therapist. 


You can book a session with me through the "Book Appointment" button which will direct you to my booking page through the Jane platform. Additionally, you can contact me directly!


In therapy, we’ll create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can talk openly about whatever’s on your mind. Each session is a collaborative process where we’ll explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. We’ll work together to identify goals and find strategies that help you move forward in your healing journey. 


If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or struggling with challenges in your life, therapy can provide support and clarity. Therapy is a helpful space for anyone looking to heal from trauma, manage stress or anxiety, improve relationships, or simply gain deeper insight into themselves. It’s a personal choice, and if you’re considering it, it might be the right time to begin your journey toward healing. 


The best way to prepare is to come as you are, with an open mind. You don’t need to have everything figured out or know exactly what you want to discuss. It’s helpful to think about any areas of your life where you’re feeling stuck, or goals you’d like to work on, but there’s no need to stress over preparation. 


I aim to make therapy affordable by offering competitive rates as shown on the services page. A detailed receipt is provided at the end of each session for submission to insurance and potential reimbursement.
